📋 Description

• Senior Motion Designer leading creative vision, design direction, and animation execution for motion-based projects across BJAK’s marketing and product campaigns, crafting visually stunning motion graphics that communicate ideas clearly, engage audiences emotionally, and elevate the BJAK brand across digital and social platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads; conceptualizing storyboards and animation sequences; mentoring junior designers; collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; overseeing the motion production pipeline; creating reusable templates; managing multiple projects; troubleshooting technical issues; and staying at the forefront of motion design trends and emerging tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work is required
