📋 Description

• Lead the creative vision and animation execution for motion graphics across marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences that align with creative briefs and BJAK’s brand objectives.
• Ensure all motion visuals maintain consistency, technical quality, and alignment with BJAK’s established visual identity.
• Elevate design quality through creative experimentation, thoughtful art direction, and narrative-driven storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling motion-driven content.
• Mentor junior motion designers by providing feedback, guiding creative growth, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Partner with videographers, video editors, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia assets.
• Present and justify design concepts to stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable creative direction.
• Oversee the end-to-end motion production pipeline — from concept development to final delivery — ensuring efficiency and technical excellence.
• Create reusable templates and design systems to streamline future motion production and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing creative innovation with strict delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues to uphold the highest output quality standards.
• Stay at the forefront of motion design trends, emerging animation techniques, and new creative tools.
• Experiment with advanced visual effects, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to push creative boundaries.
• Set new benchmarks for visual storytelling within the team by continuously innovating and refining motion design practices.
• Produce motion content that engages audiences emotionally and communicates ideas clearly across digital and social platforms.
• Contribute directly to BJAK’s mission of digitizing industries and building superior application platforms in Southeast Asia.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and mentor junior designers
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
