- • Lead end-to-end podcast production including guest booking, scheduling, recording coordination, and post-production workflow management
- • Design and execute a video-first content strategy to increase YouTube viewership, watch time, and audience retention
- • Repurpose long-form video and audio content into platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels
- • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality visual and audio delivery across all media
- • Create promotional and educational visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for videos, thumbnails, and social posts
- • Draft, edit, and publish newsletters, blog content, and resource materials aligned with product goals and marketing campaigns
- • Optimize multimedia assets on web platforms such as WordPress for SEO, metadata accuracy, and discoverability
- • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to guide content optimization and strategy adjustments
- • Engage directly with audiences on YouTube and podcast platforms to foster community, increase retention, and encourage subscriber growth
- • Support customer success initiatives by producing onboarding videos, product tutorials, and instructional content
- • Maintain consistent content calendars and production schedules across multiple platforms and formats
- • Ensure all multimedia outputs adhere to brand guidelines and align with overall marketing objectives
- • Coordinate with executive leadership to align content strategy with company growth targets and key performance indicators
- • Manage remote collaboration with internal and external creatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- • Stay current with YouTube algorithm updates, podcast distribution trends, and social media platform best practices to maximize reach and engagement
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, podcast production, or multimedia strategy
- • Proven ability to grow YouTube and podcast audiences through data-driven experimentation
- • Strong track record of turning long-form content into high-performing, cross-channel campaigns
- • Solid understanding of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and platform-specific best practices
- • Hands-on experience with content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, HubSpot, and WordPress
- • Strong project management and communication skills in a fully remote work environment
