📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end development of a robust ERP platform designed to integrate multiple retail systems for a key enterprise client, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- • Serve as the primary engineer responsible for the technical architecture, design, and implementation of the ERP solution, with full ownership of the project’s technical direction and delivery.
- • Design and develop high-performance Web APIs using .NET technologies to enable secure, scalable, and real-time integration between disparate retail systems including inventory, POS, CRM, and logistics platforms.
- • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical constraints, and align solution design with business objectives and compliance standards.
- • Work remotely with a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product specialists across multiple time zones to ensure consistent delivery and code quality.
- • Implement and enforce best practices in code structure, testing, documentation, and version control to maintain a clean, maintainable, and scalable codebase.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues involving legacy systems, third-party APIs, and data synchronization challenges across heterogeneous environments.
- • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning to ensure alignment with architectural standards and project timelines.
- • Ensure the platform adheres to security and data privacy protocols, including compliance with ISO 27001 standards and enterprise-grade security requirements.
- • Drive continuous improvement by identifying performance bottlenecks, proposing optimization strategies, and implementing automated testing and deployment pipelines.
- • Document technical specifications, integration workflows, and system dependencies to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance by internal and client teams.
- • Stay current with emerging .NET frameworks, cloud-native patterns, and enterprise integration tools to enhance platform capabilities and maintain technical competitiveness.
- • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on the team, fostering a culture of excellence and shared ownership.
- • Deliver solutions that support the client’s long-term digital transformation goals, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and future extensibility.
- • Maintain clear and proactive communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
