• • Senior Network Engineer at Ooma, Inc. responsible for managing and evolving the production network to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability for cloud-based communication services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring network stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring; troubleshooting and resolving network issues; managing on-premises infrastructure like switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers; designing scalable network architectures; monitoring performance and capacity; developing automation for operational efficiency; implementing network security strategies such as DDoS mitigation and disaster recovery; collaborating cross-functionally; mentoring team members; and maintaining technical documentation.
