- • Join MLabs as a Senior Operations Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of institutional-grade Decentralized Finance (DeFi) operations infrastructure.

- • You will be instrumental in operating across major blockchain networks, including Ethereum and Arbitrum, managing complex vault, multisig, and treasury systems where absolute precision is non-negotiable.
- • This is a deeply hands-on role where you will own the complete lifecycle of critical automation infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span from initial architecture and implementation to sophisticated monitoring, proactive failure handling, and continuous security hardening.
- • You will be accountable for the unwavering reliability, stringent security, and comprehensive observability of systems where operational errors carry significant financial consequences, setting the standard for institutional-grade operations.
- • Lead the integration of cutting-edge security tools, such as Hypernative, across highly fortified wallets and Gnosis Safes, ensuring a robust defense against potential threats.
- • Implement sophisticated transaction policy scanning mechanisms to meticulously vet all on-chain activities.
- • Establish and maintain comprehensive whitelisting protocols across all operational wallets, adhering to the highest institutional security standards.
- • Architect, build, and maintain rigorous test suites that cover all critical operational paths, including complex signer flows, seamless vault onboarding processes, and precise transaction validation.
- • Define, implement, and meticulously test behaviors for every conceivable failure state, ensuring the system's resilience and ability to recover gracefully under adverse conditions.
- • Design, deploy, and manage a sophisticated, tiered monitoring system (encompassing Critical, Warning, and Informational levels) that delivers high-signal, actionable alerts, minimizing noise and maximizing operational awareness.
- • Ensure consistent monitoring coverage across all supported blockchain networks and establish clear, efficient escalation paths for incident response.
- • Take full ownership of the operational pipelines and the entire security automation stack, proactively identifying potential architectural gaps and implementing solutions before they can manifest as operational incidents.
- • Establish and refine confidence metrics to quantitatively measure and report on the reliability of each automation component, providing clear visibility into system performance.
- • Ensure all existing security configurations undergo rigorous auditing to meet and exceed institutional-grade standards, providing assurance to stakeholders.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand evolving operational needs and translate them into robust, scalable automation solutions.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, tools, and best practices within the organization.
- • Mentor junior team members and share expertise in DeFi operations and security automation.
- • Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and security best practices to inform strategic decisions and technical implementations.
