- • Own and execute end-to-end operational programs across Central Ops functions including Trust & Safety, Pay Operations, and Contractor Management.
- • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in operational workflows.
- • Build and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across high-impact operational areas.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams to launch and iterate on operational initiatives.
- • Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure programs meet established targets and deliver measurable outcomes.
- • Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
- • Design systems and workflows that bring structure to ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving operational environments.
- • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across Trust & Safety, Pay Operations, and Contractor Management.
- • Translate business needs into operational requirements and align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
- • Monitor operational health through quantitative and qualitative feedback loops to proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
- • Implement scalable solutions that support Handshake AI’s growth as the trusted partner for human data labeling for leading AI research labs.
- • Ensure operational programs align with company-wide objectives to power the AI economy through better data, tools, and systems.
- • Maintain rigorous attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
- • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences to drive alignment and action.
- • Leverage data to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for operational improvements across departments.
- • Support the scaling of operations to serve 18 million students and alumni, 1,500+ academic institutions, and 1 million employers.
- • Contribute to building a human data labeling ecosystem that meets the demands of world-class AI research labs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of experience in operations, program management, or related field
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decisions
- • Experience using SQL (or similar tools) to pull and analyze data
- • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
