- • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive eCommerce growth and lead generation.
- • Manage and optimize a $3M annual marketing budget across multiple advertising channels, allocating spend to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
- • Develop data-driven paid advertising strategies aligned with B2B customer acquisition goals, targeting business audiences across industrial, manufacturing, and water/wastewater sectors.
- • Lead A/B testing initiatives across creative assets, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- • Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- • Prepare recurring performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership with clear recommendations for improvement.
- • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment of campaign objectives, and optimized creative execution.
- • Support cross-functional coordination to align paid media efforts with broader business growth initiatives and customer acquisition pipelines.
- • Continuously refine campaign targeting and budget allocation based on performance data to improve profitability and qualified lead generation.
- • Apply B2B marketing strategies to design campaigns that generate high-intent leads and support long-term business growth in competitive markets.
- • Maintain strict adherence to U.S. business hours (8:15 AM – 5:00 PM CST) to ensure seamless collaboration with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.
- • Demonstrate strong execution, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously.
- • Communicate technical marketing insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- • Work independently with a high degree of autonomy while actively engaging with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of paid media processes through experimentation, performance analysis, and iterative optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets ($3M+ annual spend)
- • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and customer acquisition through paid media
- • Experience optimizing eCommerce campaigns with a focus on ROAS and qualified lead generation
- • Strong proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization using performance data
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and technical departments
