  • • As a Senior Paralegal at Premier Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Legal Team, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the legal operations of a leading healthcare improvement company.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive legal support with a strong emphasis on contract management. This includes drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of critical agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Licensing Agreements, Research Site Agreements, and Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • • You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and tracking of these contracts, maintaining meticulous records, and facilitating their distribution to all relevant internal stakeholders for processing.
  • • Beyond contract work, you will act as a key point of contact for the business, responding to legal inquiries and providing essential support to various departments.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing legally binding agreements with Premier's end customers, utilizing existing templates and ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately reflected.
  • • You will conduct thorough due diligence on contract information, meticulously analyzing proposed pricing, terms, fees, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of a contract, from its initial creation and negotiation through to its final revision and execution.
  • • This position demands an exceptionally high level of attention to detail, tact, and integrity, given the frequent interactions with senior-level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to highly confidential data.
  • • You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, exercising a significant degree of independence and discretion in your daily tasks and decision-making processes.
  • • The role also encompasses support for litigation management and e-Discovery, including performing document redactions and preparing materials for legal production, which requires a keen eye for detail and understanding of legal processes.

  • • Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and templates will be an ongoing expectation, helping to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within the Legal Team.
  • • You will assist in the preparation of legal documentation for various corporate matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
