🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience as a paralegal
- • In-house paralegal experience at a fast-paced innovative technology company
- • Deep familiarity with U.S. labor and employment law
- • Experience supporting employment litigation, including discovery and coordination with external counsel
- • Familiarity with compliance matters such as audits, government reporting, and internal investigations
- • Strong organizational skills, collaborative communication, ownership mindset, and enthusiasm for AI technology
