- • As a Senior Partner Manager at Virtuous, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving measurable impact across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to team pipeline and revenue goals.
- • You will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies focused on referral and partner-driven growth, while operating as a business owner for your partner portfolio, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and execution to define partner strategy and scale pipeline generation.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners while aligning internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to maximize the value of the partner ecosystem and ensure seamless coordination.
- • You will identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned to Virtuous’ ideal partner profile, lead onboarding and enablement, and conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, drive accountability, and uncover growth opportunities.
- • You will bring partner and market insights back into the organization to inform product, GTM, and ecosystem strategy, playing a key role in evolving the partner ecosystem to drive measurable business impact.
- • You will report to the Director of Partnerships and contribute to Virtuous’ mission of inspiring global generosity by helping nonprofits build better relationships with donors through innovative software solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or a similar field; nonprofit tech experience is a plus
- • Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement
- • Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth
- • Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics
- • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
