• • As a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, Crusoe uniquely owns and operates every layer of the technology stack, from energy generation to AI compute, positioning us to power the world's most demanding AI workloads.
• • This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a "builder-executor" who excels at translating high-level strategic objectives into concrete, measurable business outcomes.
• • You will serve as the crucial bridge between our global partnership frameworks and their effective implementation within key EMEA markets, including London, Paris, Berlin, and Tel-Aviv.
• • Your primary objective will be to establish Crusoe Cloud as the leading AI infrastructure solution across Europe and the Middle East by cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of startups, channel partners, and System Integrators (SIs).
• • You will be instrumental in co-designing global partnership playbooks with our US-based leadership team, while simultaneously taking full ownership of their tactical execution and success within the region.
• • We are looking for a candidate with a strong, metric-driven approach to strategy, capable of identifying high-potential opportunities amidst market complexities and acting swiftly to capitalize on them.

• • **Regional Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:** You will be responsible for adapting and implementing global "sell-with" and "sell-through" partnership playbooks, ensuring they are tailored to the specific nuances of the EMEA market to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings.
• • **Startup Ecosystem Acceleration:** You will lead the development and execution of a high-velocity engine designed to identify, engage, and onboard AI-native companies within key regional hubs, enabling them to leverage Crusoe’s cutting-edge, high-performance infrastructure.
• • **Channel & System Integrator (SI) Orchestration:** This involves actively engaging, onboarding, and operationalizing regional channel partners and SIs to collaboratively develop and launch innovative, industry-specific solutions powered by Crusoe Cloud.
• • **Strategic Sales Alignment:** You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team on a daily basis, aligning partner capabilities and portfolios with active target accounts and executing joint go-to-market initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
• • **Global-Local Collaboration:** Acting as a vital regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, you will provide crucial local market feedback, insights, and intelligence to help refine and improve global partnership strategies and playbooks.
• • **Capacity Expansion:** Proactively identify, vet, and certify regional partners who can extend our market reach, streamline the sales process, and remove potential friction points in service delivery.
• • **Performance Analytics and Reporting:** You will meticulously track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to ecosystem growth, partner performance, and revenue impact, ensuring all regional activities are strategically aligned with Crusoe’s overarching global scaling objectives.
