• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting PEO-specific regulations, ensuring accurate handling of co-employment payroll tax obligations, partnering with Product and Engineering to build compliance into the payroll engine, proactively assessing legislative changes, supporting audit readiness, collaborating with Product Specialists on country-specific requirements, educating Product teams on compliance, and developing technical specifications for reports and integrations.
