- • Partner with leadership teams across MOO to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
- • Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance issues, employee relations, and organizational dynamics.
- • Drive engagement and retention strategies by analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and implementing targeted interventions.
- • Collaborate with HR operations to ensure accurate and timely administration of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by promoting inclusive practices and measuring progress against defined metrics.
- • Partner with talent acquisition to shape hiring strategies, improve candidate experience, and ensure alignment between hiring needs and cultural fit.
- • Lead change management initiatives during periods of organizational transformation, including restructuring, scaling, or process improvements.
- • Conduct regular check-ins with teams to understand morale, identify risks, and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
- • Develop and deliver people-focused communications that reinforce company values, culture, and key initiatives across global teams.
- • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices, advising leaders on legal and ethical considerations in people decisions.
- • Work closely with the global HR team to align local practices with international standards while adapting to regional nuances.
- • Support the development of managers through coaching, training, and resource provision to enhance leadership capability across departments.
- • Analyze turnover, promotion, and feedback data to identify systemic issues and recommend data-informed solutions.
- • Represent the People function in cross-functional projects, ensuring people perspectives are integrated into business decisions.
- • Maintain strong relationships with employee resource groups and union representatives where applicable, fostering open dialogue and trust.
- • Prepare and present people metrics and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • Stay current on evolving HR trends, tools, and legislation to ensure MOO remains a best-in-class employer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a mid-to-large organization
- • Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
- • Strong track record in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- • Ability to interpret and act on HR data to drive people strategy
- • Experience partnering with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- • Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills
