- • Senior Performance Marketer responsible for owning and scaling paid acquisition campaigns to drive user growth from 30M to 100M+ users in 12 months, working directly with the CMO to execute high-velocity testing and optimization.
- • Day-to-day activities include managing paid media budgets of $300K–$1M+/month across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google; analyzing performance via GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards; owning creative briefing and landing page optimization; building reporting frameworks; and exploring new channels and partnerships.

- • The role offers the opportunity to scale high-impact campaigns, innovate in new acquisition channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, ASA), build scalable systems and SOPs, and contribute to category-defining growth in AI while working with a high-performance, fully remote team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
- • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
- • Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
- • Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
- • Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion
