- • As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will drive user acquisition and growth for EverAI’s AI companionship platform, taking ownership of paid media campaigns to scale from 30M to 100M users in 12 months while maintaining efficient CAC and ROAS targets.
- • You will manage and optimize high-performing paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google, running rapid testing loops on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance and scale budgets 3x+.
- • You will collaborate with the CMO, content, and product teams to build scalable funnels, own creative briefing, optimize landing pages, and implement data-driven strategies using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
- • You will build internal reporting systems, automate campaign workflows, manage media partnerships, and stay ahead of platform changes to ensure sustained growth and innovation in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
- • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard creation
- • Ability to write creative briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly based on performance
