- • Senior Platform Engineer role focused on building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that enables high-velocity, secure, and reliable software delivery for MOXFIVE’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and improving cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, observability, and production guardrails; building internal developer tooling for AI-assisted workflows; strengthening operational readiness through logging, metrics, tracing, and runbooks; hardening production access with least-privilege IAM and secure secret management; and setting pragmatic platform standards to balance speed with long-term reliability and security.
- • MOXFIVE is a cybersecurity startup founded by veterans from CrowdStrike, Mandiant, Palo Alto Networks, and other industry leaders, focused on disrupting breach response through AI-driven technologies that streamline enterprise cyber incident response, recovery, and resilience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE practices while directly impacting the reliability and security of systems used during high-pressure cyber incidents; you’ll gain experience in AI-enabled engineering workflows, secure infrastructure design, and scalable platform automation, positioning you as a trusted advisor on production readiness and developer velocity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or backend-adjacent cloud operations
- • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, secrets management, access controls, and observability
- • Experience building internal developer tooling, platform automation, or AI-assisted development workflows
- • Practical experience supporting relational databases and production data changes
- • Clear written communication for runbooks, deployment notes, incident follow-ups, and engineering decisions
