📋 Description

• Senior Platform Engineer (Cloud and AI Adoption) at TD SYNNEX Corporation is a pivotal role responsible for architecting and automating the multi-cloud infrastructure that powers next-generation AI-driven applications across Europe. This position bridges developers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that unlock business value through technology innovation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and deploying scalable multi-cloud architectures on Azure, AWS, and GCP with a security and automation-first mindset; creating and maintaining complex Terraform modules using DRY principles; developing Ansible playbooks and roles for zero-downtime application deployments and OS-level configurations; enabling AI adoption by managing cognitive services such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI; translating business requirements into technical blueprints while challenging assumptions to align solutions with true business needs; and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for infrastructure and configuration management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with comparable knowledge and job skills
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Expertise in Azure and GCP or AWS (GCP is a plus)
• Hands-on experience managing AI/ML Ops environments such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu) and experience automating Windows Hosts
• Mastery of Terraform including data structures, functions, workspaces, and module registries
• Expert-level Ansible skills with playbooks, dynamic inventories, and preference for Ansible Tower or RedHat Satellite experience
• Fluency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for custom automation
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos), advanced Git skills, and Agile/sprint-based workflow experience
• Strong analytical mindset to decompose high-level requirements into technical details
• Proactive communication skills to present architecture to stakeholders and detailed designs to engineers
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with Product Owner goals
• Azure or Google Cloud Administrator certification desired
