- • As a Senior Platform Operations Engineer at Press Ganey Associates, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in building, operating, and evolving the company’s Azure-based internal platform, directly enabling application teams to deploy, manage, and scale services through standardized, self-service solutions—thereby enhancing developer experience, platform reliability, and adoption of modern cloud practices across the organization.
- • You will design and deliver core platform services including landing zone components, networking, and shared infrastructure in Azure, while developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) modules using Terraform or OpenTofu to ensure consistent, scalable, and repeatable deployments across environments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks, creating "golden paths" for self-service infrastructure provisioning, collaborating with application engineering teams to onboard them to platform capabilities, implementing observability solutions via Azure Monitor and Application Insights, supporting escalation for platform-related issues, continuously optimizing platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, and mentoring junior engineers while contributing to platform standards, best practices, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering with a strong focus on hands-on delivery and ownership in Microsoft Azure environments, including networking, compute, and managed services.
- • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu, including developing reusable modules and patterns, and with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment tooling.
- • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), observability practices (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights), and strong understanding of networking, identity, and security best practices in cloud environments.
