  • • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, set success criteria, and identify growth opportunities for enterprise-grade AI healthcare products.
  • • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, enterprise feature adoption, and workflow performance to uncover insights that directly inform product strategy and roadmap prioritisation.
  • • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and controlled experiments to measure the impact of product changes and validate new feature hypotheses.
  • • Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools to enable teams to monitor product performance, track progress, and accelerate decision-making.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product (Enterprise) to ensure data-driven alignment between user needs, enterprise goals, and product roadmap priorities.
  • • Champion analytical best practices across the product team, fostering a culture of data fluency and empowering non-analysts to self-serve insights.
  • • Analyse end-to-end user journeys in enterprise and B2B product contexts, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, and success metrics to improve product-market fit.
  • • Utilise event tracking and product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Statsig to capture and interpret user interactions at scale.
  • • Work within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment serving over 73 million patient visits across 116 countries, with weekly usage exceeding two million patient visits.
  • • Support a global healthtech startup backed by nearly $100 million in funding, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
  • • Operate under principles of safety, reliability, and trust, ensuring all analyses and recommendations uphold the integrity of clinical workflows and patient care.

  • • Engage in a hybrid work model with three days per week required in the Melbourne office.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or business analytics, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • • Proven experience analysing end-to-end user journeys in enterprise or B2B product contexts (activation, engagement, retention, and success metrics).
  • • Experience with event tracking and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Statsig).
  • • Intermediate technical skills in SQL and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Omni.
  • • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
  • • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate data into insight that drives action.
