• • As a Senior Product Designer at Cosuno GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovative construction technology platform. You will own the entire product design lifecycle, from initial concept generation and rigorous user testing to the delivery of polished, production-ready visual designs. This role offers a unique opportunity to tackle clearly defined problems, working in tight collaboration with our dedicated Product Team to ensure our solutions not only meet user needs but also drive business success.
• • Your primary mission will involve deep collaboration with our existing Product Designer to meticulously evolve and refine our design language. This ensures a consistent, intuitive, and cohesive user experience across all facets of our platform, enhancing usability and reinforcing our brand identity.
• • You will be a key partner to our product and engineering teams, working hand-in-hand to identify high-impact user experience (UX) opportunities. Your role will be to translate these opportunities into practical, technically feasible solutions that can be rapidly implemented and shipped, ensuring agility and continuous improvement.
• • A core responsibility will be translating complex concepts into high-fidelity designs. This requires a deep understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy. You will be expected to adhere to, and actively contribute to maintaining, our scalable design system within Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all design outputs.
• • Beyond visual design, you will craft clear, engaging, and user-centric UI copy. This microcopy plays a crucial role in guiding users through the product, clarifying functionality, and enhancing the overall user journey, making complex processes feel simple and intuitive.
• • You will be empowered to take full ownership of your projects, demonstrating a self-driven and outcome-oriented approach. This includes proactively identifying design challenges, proposing solutions, and effectively communicating any trade-offs or constraints to stakeholders.
• • The role demands a strong product thinking capability, enabling you to identify pragmatic, "80/20" solutions. This means balancing the delivery of significant user value with the realities of technical constraints and overarching business goals, ensuring that design decisions are strategic and impactful.
• • You will leverage expert-level Figma skills to create sophisticated designs and will be adept at collaborating within shared workspaces. This includes working with component libraries and contributing to the evolution of our design system, fostering a collaborative and efficient design environment.
