- • Senior Product Designer role focused on owning the end-to-end design experience for Lottie’s Marketplace product, which helps families search, compare, and find care for loved ones — a high-stakes, emotionally complex journey where design builds trust at every step.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping product briefs with Product Managers, designing search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows, contributing to the design system, and using AI tools to prototype and iterate faster while maintaining craft and rigor.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally across marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products
- • Portfolio demonstrating craft rigor and systemic thinking, including visual language and complex UX problem-solving
- • Confident product thinker who engages with problems before shaping solutions and collaborates closely with PMs and engineers from problem inception
- • Comfortable using AI tools to prototype and iterate faster without letting them replace design thinking or craft
- • Ambitious and moving toward a lead role, seeking ownership and comfortable shaping briefs rather than just executing them
- • Genuine interest in the care domain — no prior background required, but must take the mission seriously
