- • As a Senior Product Designer at JOOR, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of the company’s B2B fashion platform, directly impacting how global brands and retailers manage wholesale transactions. Your work will help modernize a critical industry tool used by over 14,000 brands and 600,000 buyers across 150 countries, processing $1.7B in monthly transaction volume, ensuring the platform remains intuitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- • You will lead end-to-end design for a product area, guiding projects from discovery and concept through delivery and iteration, while collaborating closely in a product trio with Product Management and Engineering to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape strategic direction. Your responsibilities include modernizing legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows, using data and user research to prioritize impact, partnering with engineers for high-quality implementation, contributing to and evolving the design system for consistency and usability, and mentoring junior designers to strengthen team culture and design excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or platform products
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making
- • Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems, with ability to balance modernization and technical constraints
- • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with design systems at scale
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
- • Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable insights
