📋 Description
- • Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping and scaling a critical enterprise platform in revenue cycle management (RCM), working at the intersection of UX design, product strategy, and technical prototyping.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evolving a large, multi-surface production system while helping build a new client-facing, AI-enabled offering, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex, high-impact workflows.
- • The team operates within Phare R1 R37 (R1 RCM Inc.), a company dedicated to healthcare technology solutions, with a growing team that values collaboration, bold thinking, and meaningful work that improves patient care and supports community impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years in Product Design / UX Design
- • Portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, end-to-end ownership, and clear, outcome-driven problem framing
- • Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
- • Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments
- • Ability to independently drive user research and discovery
- • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
- • Experience building high-fidelity prototypes outside Figma
- • HTML / CSS / JavaScript fundamentals; React familiarity preferred
- • Comfort in dev-adjacent workflows (e.g., VS Code) and AI-assisted prototyping (e.g., Claude / code-gen tools)
- • Working understanding of how design translates into front-end architecture and component systems
