• • Senior Product Designer role at Pebl Technologies Inc., responsible for leading design, development, and optimization of solutions that advance user experiences and digital product offerings in a global work platform serving 185+ countries.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions; designing, building, or optimizing design systems and patterns; driving initiatives to advance customer experience, product scalability, and design consistency; leading by example in quality standards, usability, and inclusive design; conducting user research and usability testing; mentoring junior and mid-level designers; owning ambiguous or strategic problem spaces; and setting vision and direction in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
