• • As a Senior Product Designer at Forward Financing, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experiences that empower small businesses across America. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to deeply understand user needs, translating complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and delightful product features. Your role involves owning the entire design lifecycle, from initial ideation and rapid iteration to meticulous prototyping, rigorous user testing, and final production across all screen sizes.
• • You will be responsible for crafting every detail of new product features, producing essential design artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. This requires a keen ability to "zoom out" to grasp the broader business impact and "zoom in" to perfect the granular UX and UI details, including typography, layout, and interactive elements.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve evolving and consolidating our design systems and component libraries. You will champion the creation and maintenance of intuitive, practical, and scalable design patterns that ensure consistency and efficiency across our product suite.
• • You will actively participate in regular design reviews, where you will present your work and solicit constructive feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
