📋 Description

• Lead the full product design lifecycle for AI-driven enterprise workflows, including user research, ideation, interaction design, high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototyping.
• Design intuitive, trustworthy interfaces for complex multi-system processes that integrate SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Snowflake, and MuleSoft, where autonomous AI agents operate alongside human oversight.
• Create governance and audit experiences that surface agent reasoning, actions, and decision logic—enabling users to review, intervene, or override AI behavior with confidence.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with enterprise users including IT leaders, ERP administrators, and business analysts, and iterate on designs based on empirical insights.
• Partner directly with product managers, engineers, and founding leadership to align on vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the Tessera Mosaic design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all product surfaces and platforms.
• Champion user-centric design principles across the organization by providing design critique, mentoring engineers on UX patterns, and advocating for usability at every stage of development.
• Translate business goals and technical constraints into seamless, scalable product experiences for enterprise teams managing mission-critical automation workflows.
• Design operational tools that empower users to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot multi-agent AI systems in real time, with clarity and control.
• Own the end-to-end design of key product areas from initial concept through post-launch iteration, balancing innovation with enterprise reliability requirements.
• Define and communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including non-designers, executives, and customers, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Raise the standard of design craft within the company by establishing best practices for interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsiveness in data-dense environments.
• Anticipate user needs in emerging AI-native workflows where traditional UI paradigms do not apply, and design novel solutions for human-AI collaboration.
• Collaborate with GTM, customer success, and engineering teams simultaneously to support product launches, feedback loops, and enterprise adoption initiatives.
• Maintain deep familiarity with enterprise systems of record and their data models to design interfaces that respect system constraints and integration realities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design, building enterprise products, developer tools, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex, shipped products with evidence of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and user research
• Demonstrated systems-level thinking with ability to design coherent end-to-end experiences across multiple platforms and workflows
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to engineers, product managers, founders, and customers
• Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end with a proactive, collaborative mindset
