📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Okta, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) products, ensuring they are not only powerful but also exceptionally intuitive and user-friendly.
• You will operate within a dynamic, globally distributed design team, tackling complex design challenges in a rapidly evolving, user-centered product landscape.
• Your primary responsibility will be to lead and define product design strategies, with a strong emphasis on human-first, user-centered design principles.
• This involves a deep dive into understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows to translate them into elegant, scalable, and impactful design solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various design stages and complexities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience leading design initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Research).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
