📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Designer at Axon Enterprise, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for Axon Records, a mission-driven records management system that empowers law enforcement to serve communities more effectively by reducing administrative burdens and increasing safety through intelligent, AI-integrated design.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning key product areas, leading end-to-end design processes from research to implementation, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones, designing for multi-modal experiences, simplifying complex workflows, and communicating design concepts clearly to stakeholders to drive alignment and innovation.
• • You will join a fast-paced, mission-focused team in Ho Chi Minh City that values candor, care, and diverse perspectives, working hybrid (Tue–Fri onsite, Mon remote) under a Design Manager, with no direct reports but significant influence on product strategy and execution.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise UX, AI-integrated design, and cross-cultural collaboration while contributing to products that protect lives—growing as a designer who balances creativity with real-world impact in a company committed to justice, equity, and inclusion.
