• • Popl is at the forefront of defining and building a new category: In-Person Go-To-Market (GTM). We empower revenue teams to transform real-world interactions at trade shows, conferences, field events, and meetings into tangible, measurable pipeline and revenue. Our innovative AI-native platform is designed to streamline event lead capture, automate data enrichment, and ensure real-time synchronization with CRMs. This transforms every single badge scan into a high-quality, actionable lead, addressing the saturation of digital channels by providing the essential infrastructure for in-person GTM to be measurable, scalable, and revenue-driving.
• • We are seeking our inaugural in-house Product Designer to assume complete ownership of the design landscape across the entire Popl platform. This encompasses our web application, our mobile app, and even extends to crafting marketing content for our website. After five years of collaborating with external contractors, we are bringing design expertise in-house to foster a unified vision and elevate the overall product experience. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our design system, establishing robust design processes, significantly raising the bar for user experience, and most importantly, serving as the central point of contact for all design-related initiatives within our web and mobile products.
• • This role is ideal for a senior-level individual contributor who possesses exceptional proficiency in Figma and excels at translating complex, multi-step workflows into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in environments demanding high ownership and operates effectively in a fast-paced setting. You should be confident in making critical decisions and possess a strong desire to contribute to building the foundational design elements for Popl's next phase of growth. You will inherit a product that is already mature and feature-rich, and you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, working closely with product and engineering leadership.
• • Your core responsibilities will include:
• • Designing across both web and mobile platforms: You will lead the design efforts for Popl's web dashboard and mobile application, taking full ownership of the end-to-end user experience for both. You will be the primary individual responsible for designing all aspects of these platforms.
• • Owning the Design System: You will take charge of our existing Figma files, conducting a thorough audit, unifying components, and maturing our component libraries. The goal is to ensure seamless visual consistency between our Web and Mobile interfaces, thereby accelerating future design and development cycles.
• • Owning Design Operations: You will be responsible for structuring our design processes, defining clear quality standards, optimizing the engineering handoff process, and implementing essential design QA practices to ensure high-quality output.
• • Simplifying Complex Workflows: You will play a pivotal role in transforming intricate B2B workflows into intuitive and elegant user experiences. This involves both the development of new product features and the enhancement of the existing platform to ensure our powerful capabilities remain accessible and easy to use for all users.
• • Engaging with Customers: You will conduct lightweight user research as needed, which may include usability testing, feedback sessions, customer interviews, and reviewing live customer calls to gather direct insights and validate design decisions.
