📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Appcues, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer lifecycle engagement by bringing exceptional craft, taste, and judgment to enterprise-grade, AI-powered solutions.
• You will take an established design vision and bring it to life by refining details that elevate good design to great, making informed trade-off decisions when design ideals meet product constraints, and adapting quickly based on evolving customer insights.
• You will work as the sole designer across multiple product and engineering squads, requiring strong autonomy, high standards, and the ability to prioritize what matters most under ambiguity.
• This role offers the opportunity to influence the end-to-end user experience at scale, directly impacting how customers interact with Appcues’ platform and driving measurable improvements in engagement and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong judgment in making design trade-offs and prioritizing work when not all ideals can be fully realized.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience translating customer insights into polished product experiences.
