- • Senior Product Designer at Nory AI, Inc. to shape end-to-end experiences that improve restaurant operations, profitability, and team performance through AI-powered operational intelligence.
- • Own problems from discovery to launch, shape product direction alongside PMs and engineers, design solutions that improve real business outcomes like profitability and efficiency, ship quickly and iterate based on real-world usage, turn complex operational workflows into simple intuitive experiences, build deep understanding of restaurant environments, prototype ideas in Figma or code, contribute to and evolve the Bento design system, partner with GTM teams to improve customer presentation.
- • Join a small, senior design team within the Builders function where design, product, and engineering collaborate closely to solve high-impact problems without silos; Nory is a fast-growing Series B company with 80+ people across Ireland, UK, Spain, and New York, fixing hospitality through real-time data and AI predictive analytics.
- • Learn to design for complex operational users in fast-paced environments, develop systems thinking and prototyping mastery, tie design work to measurable business impact, grow ownership and agency in ambiguous settings, contribute to a design system used at scale, and help shape the future of restaurant technology.

- • Senior level experience shipping B2B SaaS products across both 0→1 and 1→10 environments
