- • As a Senior Product Designer at Front Careers LLC, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the user experience of a leading customer operations platform that powers complex B2B workflows for industry leaders like Uber Freight, Navan, and Stripe. Your work will directly impact how teams collaborate, automate, and scale customer-facing operations by ensuring seamless integration between tools, systems, and human interactions—making you a key contributor to Front’s mission of preserving connection at scale.
- • Day to day, you will design features that empower developers and administrators to integrate Front with third-party tools and build AI-powered automation, enabling teams to deliver exceptional customer service through intelligent workflows. You will evolve and maintain the company’s design system by creating, refining, and documenting intuitive, reusable components that ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers across Santiago, San Francisco, and Paris to translate product strategy into polished, user-centered designs, participating in ideation, critique, and handoff processes. You will champion user needs during cross-functional discussions involving tradeoffs, timelines, and experience decisions, using research and empathy to advocate for solutions that solve real collaboration problems. You will communicate your design vision through high-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and detailed documentation, ensuring alignment across teams. Additionally, you will help foster a culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning within the design team by participating in critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing insights that elevate collective craft.
- • Front is a fast-growing, well-funded SaaS company backed by Sequoia Capital and Salesforce Ventures, with over $204M in total funding and a strong reputation for workplace excellence, including recognitions from Great Place to Work, Built In, USA Today, Fortune, Inc., and Forbes. The company operates with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence Tuesdays through Thursdays in Santiago, blending local collaboration with global teamwork across its international hubs. You will join a diverse, high-performing design team that values craft, systems thinking, and egoless collaboration, where your contributions will shape not only the product but also the team’s evolving design culture and standards.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in designing for complex B2B and SaaS environments, particularly around integration platforms, AI-driven automation, and enterprise-grade design systems. You will gain experience influencing product strategy at the intersection of design, engineering, and product management, while refining your ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals. You will also strengthen your leadership in design systems thinking, documentation practices, and cross-functional advocacy—positioning you for greater impact as a design leader within a scaling organization.

- • Strong collaboration skills and a belief that the best products emerge from partnership between Product, Design, and Engineering
- • Low ego and a genuine enthusiasm for giving and receiving constructive feedback in a transparent, psychologically safe environment
- • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to diverse audiences
- • Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex collaboration and workflow problems in B2B contexts
