📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at GoTo, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences for millions of users globally. You will be instrumental in bringing bold, innovative ideas to life by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering.
• Your primary focus will be on leading end-to-end product design for LogMeIn Resolve, guiding the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and research through to final delivery and iteration. This involves taking full ownership and accountability for design decisions and their impact on users and the business.
• You will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI, to create genuinely practical value and solve meaningful challenges for our customers. The role emphasizes harnessing AI to develop user-centered, accessible experiences that are intuitive and seamless from the moment a user logs in to when they log off.
• A key responsibility will be to create rapid, low-fidelity prototypes to quickly explore concepts and iterate on ideas, as well as developing polished, high-fidelity specifications that clearly communicate design intent to engineering teams.
• You will be expected to utilize both qualitative insights gathered from user research and quantitative data from product analytics to rigorously inform and validate all design decisions, ensuring that the product evolves based on user needs and behavioral patterns.
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and fellow Designers is essential. You will work within an international UX team, fostering strong partnerships to ensure a cohesive and user-centered approach to product development.
• A significant part of your role will involve documenting and communicating your design intent, the rationale behind your decisions, and the anticipated user impact. This clear and effective communication is crucial for aligning stakeholders and ensuring everyone understands the vision and the 'why' behind the design.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant UX/Product Design experience, preferably in agile or cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped Web/Mobile features, user flows, prototypes, and visual design rationale.
• A data- and research-driven mindset, translating insights into measurable product improvements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, aligning stakeholders and guiding design decisions.
• Experience with modern design workflows and familiarity with AI tools in design is a plus.
