  • • Are you a visionary Senior Product Designer ready to redefine the future of wealth management? Savvy Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate individual to own the end-to-end client experience, transforming a traditionally archaic industry into a modern, intuitive, and deeply personal digital-first solution.
  • • In the US, wealth management represents a staggering $545 billion industry, yet it's plagued by inefficiency and a lack of technological adoption. Imagine a world where 75% of financial advisors still rely on email as their primary digital communication tool, and a significant 62% manually construct financial plans using spreadsheets. This archaic approach not only results in a subpar client experience but also forces financial advisors to dedicate over 70% of their valuable time to non-client-facing, administrative tasks.
  • • Savvy is at the forefront of this transformation, building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management. Our AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing tools, and seamless back-office workflows empower advisors to scale their businesses efficiently and, crucially, dedicate more time to what matters most: their clients. We are not just building a platform; we are modernizing human financial advice for a new era.
  • • Having secured over $105 million in funding from esteemed investors like Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, and Canvas Ventures, and with a team comprised of seasoned professionals from industry giants such as Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, and Facebook, Savvy is poised for exponential growth. We have achieved strong product-market fit, surpassing $2.2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) in under three years and experiencing over 600% growth in the last 18 months. This pivotal moment calls for an expansion of our product offerings and continued revenue acceleration. Join us and be a part of this exciting scaling journey.
  • • As a Senior Product Designer focused on the client experience, you will be instrumental in shaping how clients perceive, interact with, and feel about their financial lives and the advisors who guide them. Your mission will be to design interfaces and interactions that make wealth management feel intuitive, transparent, and profoundly personal. You will translate complex financial data into moments of clarity, confidence, and empowerment for our clients.
  • • This role is an exceptional opportunity to bridge the gap between expert human advisory services and cutting-edge technology. You will craft a client experience that not only rivals the best consumer fintech platforms but also preserves the essential trust and depth inherent in a true advisor relationship. If you are energized by the prospect of envisioning and building the next generation of client wealth management experiences, this is your chance.
  • • Consider this a unique opportunity to hone your design system expertise and innovate our external-facing product. You will lead complex, high-impact initiatives from initial research and discovery through to high-fidelity execution and successful launch. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with product management, engineering, operations, and financial advisors to ensure our solutions are holistic and effective.
  • • Your design responsibilities will span multiple touchpoints and systems, extending beyond just screens to encompass the entire service experience. You will be tasked with designing for diverse user types, including financial advisors, their clients, and internal operations teams, ensuring that your solutions thoughtfully consider downstream workflows and the practical realities of service delivery.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be optimizing for the service itself, not merely its surface presentation. This means designing with a deep understanding of operational clarity, advisor workflows, and effective client communication strategies. You will also be at the forefront of identifying opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can significantly enhance the product experience, making wealth management more accessible and intelligent.
  • • You will be responsible for bringing crucial human signals into the product, designing high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments such as onboarding, account transfers, and money movement. Prioritizing advisor presence, personalization, and clarity during periods of uncertainty or risk will be paramount to building lasting client confidence.
  • • You will leverage and thoughtfully evolve Savvy’s established design system and interaction patterns to ensure cohesive and intuitive user journeys. When complex workflows or innovative AI-driven features demand novel solutions, you will be empowered to extend or adapt existing patterns. Furthermore, you will actively integrate AI tools into your personal workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, and iteration, staying ahead of the curve in design innovation.
  • • Your research and discovery efforts will involve conducting user research with financial advisors and internal stakeholders, employing a range of appropriate methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, and card sorting. You will translate these valuable research insights into clear, actionable product recommendations and design decisions, working in close partnership with product and engineering teams to define scope and set priorities.
  • • Beyond design execution, you will contribute significantly to our culture of thoughtful critique, high standards, and low-ego collaboration. You will share your learnings, tools, and AI-driven workflows to elevate the entire design and product team. Providing constructive feedback to peers and cross-functional partners will be essential in maintaining our strong culture of ownership and accountability. Above all, you will model curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in our fast-paced, evolving environment, embodying the spirit of innovation and continuous improvement that defines Savvy.
