  • • As a Senior Product Designer at Brandwatch Group Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our cutting-edge SaaS products, specifically within the Social Media Management solution. You will join a dynamic, cross-functional product team, acting as the sole design representative within a tightly aligned product trio alongside a Product Manager and Engineers. Your primary mission will be to champion user needs, translate complex requirements into intuitive and delightful user experiences, and drive innovation that makes our customers "sing out loud with delight."
  • • You will be a relentless advocate for the user, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met throughout the product development lifecycle. This involves actively engaging with customers through weekly direct contact, understanding their challenges, evaluating user research findings, and transforming these insights into actionable design opportunities.
  • • Your role will extend beyond just creating beautiful interfaces; you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process. This includes conducting generative and evaluative user research, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, and employing a deep understanding of UX Research tools and techniques to uncover user behaviors and preferences.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring design considerations are integrated from the earliest stages. Your partnership with Engineers will be crucial for ensuring the feasibility and successful implementation of your designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve translating complex business and user requirements into modern, accessible, and inviting user experiences. This requires a strong ability to distill intricate information into clear, user-centered solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • • You will be expected to establish and evolve effective design practices within your work context. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of aggregated commercial experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, specifically web applications and SaaS platforms.
  • • A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in design craft, demonstrating a clear process of translating user needs and business outcomes into tangible design outputs.
  • • Proven experience in planning and conducting user research (both generative and evaluative, quantitative and qualitative) and effectively translating research findings into actionable design opportunities and product improvements.
  • • Proficiency in UX Research tools and techniques, with a deep understanding of how to apply them to uncover user insights and inform design decisions.
  • • Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency in product design.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document and present work clearly to diverse stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
