We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic and growing design team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, high-performance group, contributing to a diverse range of consumer-facing products and essential developer tools. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across both B2C and B2B applications, with an approximate 80/20 split between consumer and enterprise-focused work.
• • As a Senior Product Designer, you will be empowered to own the entire design lifecycle. This comprehensive responsibility spans from the initial stages of user research and problem definition, through the intricate process of interaction design and the creation of high-fidelity user interfaces, culminating in the delivery of production-ready design specifications. Your role will be end-to-end, ensuring that every product you touch is thoughtfully conceived, meticulously crafted, and seamlessly executed.
• • A critical aspect of this role involves actively shaping and scaling our design systems. You will be responsible for ensuring a high degree of coherence and consistency across our rapidly expanding product portfolio. This includes establishing and maintaining design patterns, components, and guidelines that enable new products to launch with a unified look and feel, while also facilitating the graceful evolution of existing products. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a cohesive and scalable design language across all Mysten Labs offerings.
