📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Designer at Monks, you will lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products, bringing clarity to complex problem spaces and delivering consistent, user-centered experiences across applications and platforms.
- • Day to day, you will own product design for customer-oriented applications, facilitate strategic sessions and workshops with stakeholders, design intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in user and business insights, collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and designers, and make confident strategic design decisions while communicating rationale and tradeoffs.
