Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Designer at Lumindigital LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the digital banking platform, leading complex design initiatives from discovery to delivery to enhance the financial lives of millions.
• • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end design process for key features, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to frame problems and validate solutions, translate requirements into detailed UX deliverables like wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, apply user research insights, contribute to and evolve the design system in Figma, mentor peers through design reviews, advocate for user-centered design, communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders, set design direction within established frameworks, leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate the design lifecycle, and contribute to a feedback-driven design culture in a distributed team environment.
• • You will join a small, high-ownership, fast-paced design team at Lumindigital LLC, a company dedicated to building thoughtful, user-centered solutions for digital banking, where you will operate as a strong, opinionated voice for user experience across all product areas and help elevate design quality organization-wide.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in UX, interaction, and UI design, refine your ability to work across the full product lifecycle, strengthen your skills in prototyping and design system contribution, grow your mentorship and leadership capabilities, gain experience advocating for user needs in regulated FinTech environments, and become proficient in integrating AI tools into design workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.
