📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Humana Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming how Medicare Advantage is sold by creating intuitive, accessible, and mobile-first digital experiences that simplify complex healthcare decisions for users.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing best-in-class mobile interfaces, translating user insights into accessible designs, creating low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and content designers, making evidence-based design decisions using data and research, upholding mobile design standards, balancing UX with technical and regulatory constraints, leading early concept development, and contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system.
• You will join a growing digital organization within Humana that is pushing boundaries with next-gen technology, mobile-first experiences, and innovative ways of working, all aimed at making healthcare interactions simple and human in a regulated environment.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, work in an agile setting, refine your craft in Figma, build products that users love, and shape the future of digital healthcare through impactful, user-centered design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design demonstrated through a strong mobile-first portfolio
• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping
• Experience working in agile teams and partnering with developers, researchers, and content designers
• Use of research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and build consensus
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
