Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• • As the Senior Product Designer for Sena at Rwazi Inc., you will shape the end-to-end experience of an AI-native enterprise platform that transforms real-world consumer activity into actionable insights for global brands, directly influencing how intelligence is surfaced and how clients interact with AI-driven analytics.
• • You will lead design from concept through implementation using a Figma-to-Claude Code-to-production workflow, prototyping and building front-end interfaces while designing data visualizations, dashboards, and conversational AI experiences that make complex, multi-dimensional data clear and actionable.
• • You will join a small, senior design team reporting to the Director of Product Design, working closely with product and engineering leadership in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment where design decisions are evaluated by their impact on adoption, retention, time-to-value, and revenue.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-integrated product design, advance your skills in data visualization and enterprise SaaS UX, and gain hands-on experience shaping the evolution of a B2B AI platform used by global enterprises across 195+ countries.
