📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Designer at Mitratech Holdings, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of enterprise software solutions that streamline critical Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions for a global clientele. You will lead the entire design lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through to high-fidelity delivery and ensuring successful user adoption across both legacy and modern product suites.
• • Your role will involve translating complex business objectives and deep user insights into tangible design artifacts. This includes crafting detailed personas, comprehensive journey maps, intuitive user flows, precise wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
• • A significant aspect of your contribution will be planning and executing robust discovery activities. This encompasses conducting in-depth user interviews, performing thorough competitive research, engaging with customer working groups, and developing detailed journey maps. You will leverage the insights gained from this research, coupled with rigorous testing and continuous feedback loops, to validate and refine your design decisions, ensuring they are user-centered and strategically aligned.
• • You will be a key player in building, maintaining, and evolving our design system. This involves creating and applying reusable design system components and patterns, ensuring that all design outputs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards, thereby promoting inclusivity and usability for all users.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work in close partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, QA testers, and customer-facing teams within an Agile development framework. Your goal will be to co-create user-centered solutions that artfully balance exceptional usability, technical feasibility, and significant business impact.

• • Effective communication of your design concepts, the underlying rationale, and key research findings to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, will be a critical responsibility. You will need to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• • You will be expected to bring clarity to intricate problems, drive consensus and alignment among teams through compelling narratives and well-defined experience principles, and consistently advocate for the end-user's needs at every stage of the product development lifecycle.
