• • As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating sophisticated platform and AI capabilities into exceptionally clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Your focus will be on Fanvue's highest-impact product surfaces, directly influencing critical metrics such as creator activation, conversion rates, and long-term user retention. • • The primary objective of this role is to scale Fanvue's design function and elevate the overall quality and consistency of our product. Currently, design capacity is a significant constraint, posing risks to delivery timelines, product quality, and team sustainability. This position is designed to alleviate pressure on the Head of Design, reduce reliance on a single designer, and significantly accelerate the delivery of world-class user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across the Fanvue platform.
• • You will collaborate closely with the Head of Design, Engineering teams, and Product Managers to define, develop, and implement a more mature, consistent, and AI-native product experience. A strong emphasis will be placed on optimizing the user flows that are most critical to Fanvue's growth and success.
• • Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end product experiences, from the initial discovery phase through to delivery and ongoing iteration. You will partner with the Head of Design and Engineering to research, define, and roll out a world-class, scalable design system that will serve as the foundation for future product development.
• • Elevating Fanvue's overall UI quality is a core expectation, bringing greater sophistication, consistency, and visual polish to every aspect of the product. You will take ownership of and refine high-impact UX flows directly tied to core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a particular focus on creator onboarding and activation, fan conversion, and checkout-adjacent user journeys.
• • A forward-thinking aspect of this role involves embedding AI into design workflows. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, demonstration of concepts, and iterative improvements, ensuring Fanvue remains at the cutting edge of technology.
• • You will contribute significantly to shaping the Fanvue 3.0 product vision, making future concepts tangible through compelling narrative development and high-fidelity prototypes. Building and maintaining robust Figma libraries, components, and comprehensive documentation, all aligned with production-ready standards, will be essential.
• • Conducting lightweight yet highly effective discovery processes, utilizing a blend of data analysis, user insights, and competitive research, will be a regular part of your work. Close collaboration with engineers is crucial to ensure designs are not only feasible but also executed with high quality and shipped efficiently.
• • Clear and concise communication with stakeholders is paramount. You will be responsible for sharing design rationale, articulating trade-offs, and providing regular updates on progress, fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.
