- • Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping enterprise-level digital products through user-centered design at scale, driving clarity and impact in complex environments.
- • Own end-to-end product design for customer-oriented applications, facilitate strategic sessions with stakeholders, design scalable UI/UX solutions, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams, and communicate strategic design decisions clearly.
- • Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven brand of S4 Capital plc, recognized as an AI Agency of the Year and leader in marketing innovation, combining Marketing and Technology Services to transform brand engagement through AI-powered orchestration and culturally relevant solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio in consumer-oriented product and app design
- • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- • Exceptional communication skills with experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers
- • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong team collaboration
- • Strong UI and UX skills, including translating data into effective user experiences
- • Experience conducting ideation and proposing strategies to validate new ideas
