📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Ondo Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with institutional-grade blockchain-based financial products, directly contributing to the company’s mission of bringing traditional finance onchain through innovative, secure, and intuitive experiences.
• You will lead end-to-end design for consumer-facing web and mobile applications that enable users to access tokenized treasuries, stocks, ETFs, and other digital assets, ensuring that complex financial instruments are made accessible, trustworthy, and easy to use for a growing base of retail and institutional users.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define product problems, identify user needs, and translate business objectives into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling experience solutions that balance utility with simplicity.
• You will design and iterate on end-to-end user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components for both web and native mobile platforms, maintaining rigorous standards for usability, accessibility, visual polish, and cross-product consistency.
• A key part of your role will involve building and evolving scalable design systems—defining reusable UI patterns, interaction principles, documentation, and tooling—that enable design efficiency and consistency as the product suite expands across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
• You will collaborate closely with Engineering throughout development cycles to ensure accurate implementation of designs, participate in design reviews, and advocate for user-centered outcomes by synthesizing stakeholder feedback into actionable next steps.
• You will establish and track design KPIs to measure the impact of your work on user engagement, task success, and satisfaction, using data to iterate and improve experiences over time.

• You will grow your expertise in designing for complex financial systems within the Web3 space, deepening your ability to bridge sophisticated backend functionality with intuitive frontend experiences that drive adoption and trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with proven work in Web3, DeFi, crypto exchanges, or other digital asset platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end consumer-facing web and mobile design work.
• Deep understanding of UX fundamentals including interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design, applied to complex financial products.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, with excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence product strategy.
