📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Medallion Inc., you will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces within product areas and drive work from discovery through production, directly contributing to the company’s mission of eliminating administrative bottlenecks in healthcare operations so teams can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Day to day, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to clarify problems, shape product direction, define scope, and ship experiences that improve healthcare operations workflows—designing end-to-end workflows for intake, routing, task management, provider actions, admin review, exception handling, and decision support, while ensuring shipped products match intended experiences across edge cases and interaction details.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in designing for complex operational environments, strengthen your ability to connect design to business outcomes like adoption and trust, refine your systems thinking and technical fluency with AI and prototyping tools, and grow as a product partner who shapes direction and moves high-impact work forward through clear artifacts, prototypes, and stakeholder alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, workflow products, internal tools, healthcare operations, automation, or complex operational environments
• A portfolio showing strong product judgment, workflow simplification, systems thinking, and shipped outcomes
• Strong craft across information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, and production-quality execution
• Ability to connect design work to customer and business outcomes such as adoption, retention, trust, efficiency, accuracy, or reduced support burden
• Technical curiosity and fluency, with the ability to reason through workflow logic, automation behavior, system constraints, and implementation tradeoffs with Engineering
• Clear, direct communication that aligns the Team and stakeholders quickly
