• • In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional product team, working closely with Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists, and Developers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from understanding complex user needs to delivering intuitive and delightful product experiences. Your work will directly influence the evolution of our cutting-edge SaaS products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with our customers. You will conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate these insights into actionable design opportunities. • • You will operate within a tightly aligned product trio, collaborating daily with a Product Manager and engineers. • • We are looking for a designer who can distill complex requirements into modern, accessible, and inviting user interfaces. Your expertise in UX research tools and techniques, encompassing both generative and evaluative methods, as well as quantitative and qualitative data, will be essential. You will be expected to plan and conduct user research independently, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
• • Beyond user research, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle. This includes conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and the final UI design. You will leverage your understanding of core visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional interfaces. Experience with design systems is a must, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product suite.
• • Your role will extend to documenting and communicating your design decisions and processes effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders, including team members, leadership, and potentially customers. Strong communication and presentation skills are therefore paramount.
