• • This Senior Product Designer position is designed for a highly self-sufficient individual. As one of only three designers on the team, you will be expected to manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for those who thrive on owning complex problems, driving strategic direction, and independently delivering high-quality work, rather than seeking extensive coaching or tightly defined briefs.
• • Your core responsibilities will include owning the entire lifecycle of design projects: from initial discovery and problem framing to solution design and final delivery. You will be adept at translating ambiguous product and business objectives into clear, user-centered solutions that address critical needs.
• • You will lead or conduct lightweight user research initiatives as needed, gathering insights to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are at the forefront of our product development.
• • A key aspect of this role involves partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver thoughtful, scalable, and high-quality solutions that meet rigorous standards.
• • You will be responsible for designing high-craft interfaces tailored for complex, technical, and enterprise workflows, ensuring usability and effectiveness in demanding environments.
