- • As a Senior Product Designer at Fluxon Inc., you will lead design end-to-end on ambitious projects, working directly with founders and product leads to shape what gets built. This role matters because you will influence how technology decisions are made and executed for high-impact clients like OpenAI, Stripe, and Walmart, ensuring clarity, speed, and quality in AI-driven environments.
- • Day to day, you will partner with stakeholders to turn business goals into user-loved experiences, lead design from discovery through production-ready execution, balance user needs with technical and business constraints, collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work, and advocate for craft, process, and emerging design trends.
- • Fluxon is a global, remote-first team of experienced builders founded by ex-Googlers and startup veterans. We partner with ambitious product teams to navigate critical technology decisions with care, ownership, and craftsmanship, building a culture where people solve meaningful problems and take pride in their work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in end-to-end product design, sharpen your judgment in ambiguous situations, strengthen your ability to influence cross-functional teams, and grow your impact by shaping experiences for high-profile clients while working with cutting-edge AI and design practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading product design end-to-end, from strategy through to production-ready execution
- • Strong UX foundations across research, interaction design, user testing, and accessibility
- • Strong visual craft in layout, typography, iconography, color, and motion with ability to deliver polished, production-ready work
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills across written, visual, and spoken formats, including experience presenting directly to clients
- • Experience shipping with startups or founding teams, comfortable building from zero without established design foundations
- • Experience working with US clients (European clients a plus)
