📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for large-scale product initiatives across a B2B healthcare platform serving rehab therapy businesses.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define goals, success metrics, and design roadmaps for complex healthcare workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover pain points, validate design solutions, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs that align with established design systems and business objectives.
• Think in MVPs: ship the leanest viable solution that delivers maximum user value while minimizing scope creep and unnecessary complexity.
• Define, evolve, and document design patterns to scale and standardize the company’s design system across multiple products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across all teams, ensuring usability and accessibility remain central to product decisions.
• Mentor mid-level designers by providing feedback, guidance, and career development support to elevate team-wide design capabilities.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation without compromising user-centered judgment or design quality.
• Collaborate on cross-product design strategies to ensure consistency, scalability, and coherence in the user experience across the platform.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to translate business needs into actionable design solutions.
• Drive design excellence and innovation within the health tech space, contributing to a platform that reduces paper waste, lowers narcotic-based treatment reliance, and improves patient care outcomes.
• Own design initiatives that impact a diverse set of products used by outpatient rehab organizations, therapists, and patients.
• Work in a remote/hybrid environment with autonomy over workload, emphasizing smart work over long hours.
• Contribute to a culture that values positive impact, professional respect, and ethical boundaries—refusing to hire individuals from Prompt’s customers without explicit employer consent.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of complex design work
• Expertise in design systems, user research, and interaction design
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
